Senior Citizen Clinic: As per the government rule, every hospital provides a special clinic for the elder people who are in the age group of above 60 years. To obey this rule, Deben Mahato Sadar Hospital, Purulia has opened a clinic for the Senior citizen the middle of 2004.The clinic is opened on every Thursday and it is manned by senior medical officers like Assistant CMOH and others.
Pay Clinic: - the people who are not willing to wait in the long queue and do not want to waste time, they are also encouraged to avail the public facility by paying a nominal amount @ Rs. 30/- for first visit and @Rs. 15/- for second  visit. After third follow up check ups, Rs. 30/- will be charged again and this procedure carries on.
At present the hospital have only pediatric Pay clinic on Monday & Thursday.
